Andy Stearns is our Senior Vice President of Homes.com Sales and is responsible for leading the growth of CoStar Group’s Homes.com Residential Real Estate platform which is transforming the way consumers shop for homes online while supporting Real Estate Agents with the most powerful digital advertising tool available today.  He joined CoStar Group in March of 2024. Prior to joining Costar Group, Stearns spent 20 years in the financial services industry building and scaling go-to-market organizations. He held executive leadership roles at Zip Co, Capital One, and American Express. Stearns holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government from Cornell University.
