LEADERSHIP

Rich Simonelli joined CoStar Group as Head of Investor Relations in August of 2024. 

Rich brings over 36 years of Wall Street and international business experience back to CoStar Group where he led Investor Relations from 2011 to 2019. 

  Over his decades-long career, Rich has focused on engaging and communicating with investors about the value and market perception of companies to maximize shareholder value.   

He has developed an extensive network of relationships and has achieved a solid track record of building financial communications programs that attract and keep world-class investors. He brings a unique combination of skills in investment banking, investor relations, financial communications, internal communications and corporate brand building.   

Before returning to CoStar Group, Rich served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at real estate firm Compass.
