Angelique G. Brunner is the Founder and CEO of EB5 Capital. Founded in 2008, EB5 Capital is a $1+ billion commercial real estate investment firm with over 30 projects across all commercial real estate asset classes. The company has served over 1,900 clients, from 75+ countries, creating more than 35,000 U.S. jobs.

Over the course of her 30-year career, Ms. Brunner has worked in various aspects of capital markets, real estate, and early-stage funding. She’s an active global angel investor and advisor across industries including consumer goods, digital transformation, capital markets, energy, and software ventures. She is an active member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

In 2022 Ms. Brunner received a presidential appointment to the US Trade Representative’s (USTR) Trade Advisory Committee on Africa (TACA). Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Brown University and on the Board of Governors for Brown University’s Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs. Additionally, she serves as an executive board member for the Marriott-Sorenson Center for Hospitality Leadership at Howard University School of Business.

Ms. Brunner brings extensive public boardroom experience in governance, compliance, and global strategy to CoStar Group, having previously served on the board of Chesapeake Lodging Trust and Cushman & Wakefield.

Ms. Brunner earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University and a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University. She was a charter member of Americorps, serving with LISC in South Providence.
