Angelique G. Brunner is the Founder and CEO of EB5 Capital. Founded in 2008, EB5 Capital is a commercial real estate investment firm that has raised approximately $2 billion in EB-5 capital for projects representing nearly $7 billion in total development across all commercial real estate asset classes. The company has served approximately 3,000 investors from 80 countries, created more than 55,000 U.S. jobs, and returned capital to investors on more than 20 projects.

Over the course of her 30-year career, Ms. Brunner has worked in various aspects of capital markets, real estate, and early-stage funding. She's an active global angel investor and advisor across industries including consumer goods, digital transformation, capital markets, energy, and software ventures. She is an active member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

In 2022, Ms. Brunner received a presidential appointment to the U.S. Trade Representative's (USTR) Trade Advisory Committee on Africa (TACA). Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Brown University and on the Board of Governors for Brown University's Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs. Additionally, she serves as an executive board member for the Marriott-Sorenson Center for Hospitality Leadership at Howard University School of Business.

Ms. Brunner brings extensive public boardroom experience in governance, compliance, and global strategy to CoStar Group, having previously served on the boards of Chesapeake Lodging Trust and Cushman & Wakefield. 

Ms. Brunner earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University and a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University. She was a charter member of AmeriCorps, serving with LISC in South Providence.
