LEADERSHIP

Cyndi Eakin is CoStar Group’s Chief Accounting Officer with overall responsibility and accountability for corporate accounting, revenue reporting, tax compliance, technical accounting and policy and financial reporting. Ms. Eakin most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations working with investors, shareholders and analysts and before that as Corporate Controller.  

Prior to joining CoStar Group, Ms. Eakin served as Chief Accounting Officer for Evolent Health supporting their successful initial public offering and transition to being a public company. She has served in various controllership and financial operational roles in other high growth global companies with deep experience building global teams, systems and infrastructure. Ms. Eakin’s early career included, financial leadership positions at KPMG, LLP and she holds a BS in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
